I did it anyways....

I know I said I wasn't going to torture her this year by making her sit on the Easter Bunny's lap, but after seeing everybody's Easter Memories, I just couldn't help it! I took Morgan along so that she could hold her on EB's lap (Grant was playing at a friend's house and this was very spur of the moment)... here is the result!

Not too bad... but then she saw EB's hand next to her...

And we get the full EB effect! I don't blame her... the whole EB costume thing is a little creepy to me too (i.e. pay no attention to the nose behind the teeth).

She was only partially traumatized and ended up waving bye bye to him as we left the mall with my prize! She will love me someday for this, right? (Wish I would have noticed her dress not being down, but you can't have it all.)

It's awfully early here to be laughing out loud at the computer screen :-) The things we do to (I mean for) our kids. HA!

I can't help wondering what Morgan had to say about the trip.

hahahaha! Love it! I couldn't keep Gabriella from squirming off of his lap, so the picture I chose wasn't the best one of her but I didn't like the way her dress was in the others. Sad, isn't it???????

I think the Easter Bunny is super scary and I don't blame your little princess and her brave sister. I have followed your blog so long and never commented. I decided it is unfair to do that and vowed to start commenting. I just love your pictures, your stories and your kind heart. Thank you for sharing with some total strangers.

My Sophie may have been a little more relaxed around the bunny but your kids look darling. Tears and all. Your Sophie is soooo darn cute.
