Sibling Love

Each sibling relationship is unique. This weekend, in an attempt to get some Christmas card pictures of the three of them together, I happened to get some pictures that I love showing the specialness of each sibling set.

Sisters forever...

Big brother and little sister...

And the rarest of all... brother and sister at peace and not at war...

Sarah,
Your photos are breathtaking. What beautiful children you have, and you are such a talented photog. BTW, ask Rosi how to do the corte -- she manages hers -- a huge fabric ring -- like a pro!

I love all your pix from Guate!

Those are such great pictures! I started attempting Christmas card pictures a few nights ago with the boys but there aren't any keepers yet.

We've thought of you often since your trip. The pictures were beautiful!!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Those are such wonderful pictures! Definitely need to get those framed - they are perfect. And all 3 of your kids are gorgeous.

Thanks so much for sharing the pics from your mission trip. They were beautiful - Guatemala is such a special country. And I can only imagine how it was to meet Dayli and her family. I get goosebumps just thinking about that moment!

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Great pictures .. what camera do you use (and what settings) .. the one of your older two is particularely breath-taking .. their eyes are captured so well, but they are all three just gorgeous!

Hi Sarah! I have a Canon Digital Rebel. Believe it or not, I usually keep it on the automatic setting more than I choose another setting as most pictures seem to be spur of the moment. But, I have found that it works well for most picture settings.

Yes, I thought you might have the Canon Rebel .. Angel has that one as well, and her pics are great too. Two years ago I bought a Canon A720 - it's great (can take video too), but the shutter speed is too slow. I think I may have to upgrade to your camera, I am really impressed with you photos!
I'm also impressed with your family - and your adoption story - you are amazing! thanks for sharing!
